The following terms and conditions govern the affiliate relationship between Rebeleen LLC ("Company") and the affiliate partner ("Affiliate"). By utilizing the affiliate link provided by the Company, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below:
1. Commission Rate
The Affiliate shall earn a commission stated in the affiliate offer email on net sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
Unless otherwise specified in email correspondence, affiliate commissions typically start at 10%. The percentage increases progressively based on sales volume as outlined below:
- 12% after reaching 100 sales
- 15% after reaching 300 sales
- 20% after reaching 500 sales
2. Payment Terms
Payments will be processed automatically via Shopify Collabs. The Affiliate must
maintain an active Shopify Collabs account with automatic payouts enabled to
receive payments.
Payments will be made on a monthly basis.
3. Conversion Tracking
When a customer clicks on the Affiliate's unique link, any orders placed within a
90-day window will be tracked as conversions attributed to the Affiliate.
4. Program Duration
This affiliate offer is valid for an initial term of three (3) months. The program may
be extended subject to mutual agreement.
5. Exclusivity
During the term of this agreement, the Affiliate shall not promote or endorse any
competitor’s product that is similar to or directly competes with waterproof waist
bags.
6. Tax Compliance
Affiliates earning over $599 per calendar year must submit a completed W-9 form
to comply with U.S. tax regulations. Payments exceeding this threshold will not
be processed without the required documentation.
7. Content Commitments
During the 3-month term the Affiliate agrees to publish and tag the brand in at least 1 promotional post about the product and a minimum of 2 stories on one of their social media platforms. The first post must be published no later than two weeks after receiving the sample.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this partnership at any time by providing written notice via email.

While there’s no set rule, regular posting keeps your audience engaged and helps drive sales. Many of our affiliates post multiple times a month.
Can I leave the program if it’s not a fit for me?
