Shipping

We are pleased to offer USA wide shipping. Shipping rates are variable and contingent upon your order; please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address for an accurate quote.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. During promotional or sale periods, kindly allow our team 5-8 business days to process your order.

Shipping Methods: Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Costs: We offer two shipping options. Our first Shipping option is carried out through USPS Ground Advantage and usually takes up to 8 business days. Our second option is a flat rate USPS priority Mail that usually takes between 1-2 business days. 

Delivery Time: Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.


RETURNS

We stand behind our goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. But we also understand your circumstances, if you decide to return your product, you can still do so within 30 days of purchase and you will be refunded the full amount within 15 business days after we receive your return. 
We must note that we do not accept the return of used products.

Returns are hassle-free and entirely free of charge, with no restocking fees. To initiate a return, simply contact us at info@rebeleen.com, and we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Print the label, attach it to the original packaging, and drop the item off at your nearest post office. Please note that returns are handled exclusively through mail carriers.
 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

 

DEFECTS

We aim to get it right the first time, however we encourage our customers to try the product out before using it. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at info@rebeleen.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.

Rebeleen LLC. are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by shipping Couriers 
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery
